Machine purpose

1.A set of newly developed automatic assembly line equipment for the detection of cosmetic defects of nursing pad; the assembly line equipment includes a material receiving machine, a material feeding machine and an AOI detector.
2.The assembly line includes a receiving machine, a loading machine, and an AOI detector.
3.The receiving machine collects the incoming material from the production machine, the loading machine is connected to the receiving machine, and the products to be inspected are rubbed and transmitted online to AOI detector.
3.The AOI detector performs intelligent visual inspection on incoming materials and determines whether there are defects.
4.This line can not only replace labor, improve production efficiency and save production costs, but also easy to connect production lines to achieve one-stop operation.

Machine features

1.AOI function: available to detect a variety of defects, such as material joints, cloth damages, dirt on the front material, dirt on the back material, wrinkles, poor packaging, missing parts. The detectable defects cover both common defects and uncommon defects of raw products.
