Machine purpose

Cosmetic Inspection Machine for Magnet Materials(DE-DMM) is an automatic machine designed and developed by PTC for inspecting dimension and cosmetic defects of magnet materials. By replacing manual inspection, the machine is able to inspect various cosmetic defects like chipping, dents, yellow spot, discoloration, dirt, scratch, bubble, bump etc.. It also can make dimension measurement like: verticality, parallelism, R angle, length, width and thickness. Its structure is easy to access production line and make one-stop operation, so as to help improve production efficiency and save cost for customers.
