Application

This instrument integrates measurement, positioning and marking, which is a multifunctional online measuring instrument for absorption axis angle. The measurement adopts the method of manually placing a polarizing film to measure the angle. After positioning the absorption axis of the polarizing film, rotate the absorption axis of the sample to coincide with the reference line and mark the position of the absorption axis on the sample surface. Then measurement results will be displayed in real time and a large amount of test data can be saved, with data query, optical axis angle distribution, and data report export functions. The instrument uses an imported high-precision rotating platform with extremely high angular resolution, which can effectively ensure the measurement accuracy. During measurement, the sample carrier is automatically positioned, which can reduce human interference factors, and the accuracy of repeated positioning is high.
