Application

This New Online Absorption Axis Measuring Instrument integrates measurement, positioning and marking together. The workpiece is manually placed during measurement, and the absorption axis  angle of the workpiece will be measured and displayed in short time. After finish positioning, it will start rotating until the absorption axis coincides with the reference line, then proceed  marking the position of the absorption axis on the surface of the workpiece. It can display the measurement results in real time, save  large numbers of measurement data. It also supports  functions like data query, optical axis angle distribution display, and data report export. The New Online Absorption Axis Measuring Instrument adopts an imported high-precision rotating platform with extremely high angular resolution, which can effectively ensure the measurement accuracy. It can be widely used in the positioning of spectacle lens  absorption axis, and absorption axis measurement of optical films.
