Application

This Cosmetic Defect Inspection Equipment is a set of automatic assembly line equipment specialized for ice cream sticks. It consists of a feeding machine, an AOI inspection machine and a discharging machine. The feeding machine adopts a chain feeding structure and is supplied to the AOI inspection machine; the AOI inspection machine conducts intelligent visual inspection on the online incoming products and judges whether there is defect or not, and classify different types of defects. The AOI assembly line equipment can not only replace manual defect inspection, but also improve production efficiency and save production costs, realizing one-stop automated operation.

3. Grading requirements: U-level, C-level, D-level, J-level;

4. Grading misjudgment rate: misjudgment rate ≤ 10%;

5. Capacity: 4~5 pcs/s;

6. Detection accuracy: 125 microns, detection efficiency: 12000 pcs/h;

7. Compatibility: Need to replace some parts of the feeding, adjust the position of the laser, adjust the side camera and position.
