 Application

It is a stress measurement device that automatically detects the retardation and the slow axis direction of transparent objects, which displays birefringence phenomenon under polarized light.

A computer is adopted to collect  sample pictures taken by the camera, and display stress value and the slow axis direction of the whole sample within the viewing field in real time. A three-dimensional stress distribution will be shown at the same time, and can save measurement data, 1D/2D/3D images easily. The light source adopts high-brightness LED light which has long-life and can save electricity, and can reduce the time and operating cost of replacing the light source.

Application area

Suitable for transparent lightning tube, solar glass, glass crafts, Sapphire, quartz crystal, electronic glass and optical glass, etc.

2. The axial direction of the stress at each point can be displayed together with the internal stress value, which is convenient for stress type analysis.

3. The result is displayed in 3D mode, which visually displays the stress level of each point.

4. Eliminating enviormental errors by calibrating under background light.

5. The high-speed and standard measuring modes can be switched freely to control detecting speed.

6.Using area array LED light source, the brightness difference between center and edge is ≤20%.
